What We Practice
Acupuncture
Fine needles placed at precise points to stimulate the body's natural healing response, relieving pain, and reducing inflammation.
Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulas drawn from the classical Chinese pharmacopoeia address the root of your pattern rather than masking individual symptoms.
Cupping + Guasha
Cupping uses glass cups to create gentle suction on the skin, lifting the fascia, improving local circulation, and releasing muscular tension. Gua sha uses a tool to move over the skin and disperse stagnation, reducing inflammation and encouraging fresh blood flow to tight or congested areas.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion involves burning dried mugwort (moxa) near or on specific acupuncture points to introduce warmth and stimulate circulation. It is especially effective for cold or deficient conditions — supporting immune function, easing menstrual pain, turning breech babies, and warming joints affected by cold-type arthritis.
Breath Work & Qi Gong
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice combining intentional breath, gentle movement, and focused awareness to cultivate and circulate qi. As a complement to acupuncture, it helps patients regulate the nervous system, build internal resilience, and sustain benefits from treatments.
Integrative Wellness
Each treatment looks at the whole body for a integrative wellness choosing the most appropriate modalities to created sustained wellness.
Rates
People often wonder...
...how many treatments will it take to feel a result. It's a great question.
It is important to define your desired health outcomes in order to measure results. Within the first treatment, a shift will take place. The frequency of follow-up visits, general overall health, and severity of the injury or concern will determine rate of recovery. Each body is different and will respond differently.
Not every ailment will be fixed with one treatment, but some may experience temporary or permanent relief. Let's work together to bring health to you!
